1.      Zulfiqar Ali Bukhari Open Air Theatre:-

 Open Air Theatre has a seating capacity of more than 1200 persons. The stage is most  suitable for concerts, The stage plays, Musical Evenings, etc. It has been named after renowned braad caster, Writer and first Director General of Radio Pakistan Mr. Z. A. Bukhari. Efforts are being made to cover the Theatre to facilitate arranging programmes during the day time.

 The foundation stone of the Theatre  was laid by renowned Malka-e-Museequee Ms. Roshan Ara Begum, and on completion of the same it was inaugurated by leading film star Mr. Mohammad Ali. The sound and light system for this theatre was donated by NORAD, Government of Norway, whereas the wooden floor of the Theatre was completed through the donation.

 2.      A. R. Fareedi Permanent Art Gallery :-

 The Gallery which display the art work of the Master Artists of Pakistan which include:-

The gallery has been named after Mr. A.R.Fareedi a very senior bureaucrat  and once the Vice President of the Arts Council of Pakistan Karachi whose devoted services for the Council are memorable.

3.      Manzar AKbar Hall – Ahmed Pervez Art Gallery :-

This is a large Exhibition Hall where painters & sculptors display their work. It is also being used as Art Gallery, in which the art work of contemporary renowned artist are available for sale.

4.      Ground Floor :-

The lower space, on the ground floor has also been converted into a function space, where more than 300 persons can attend Meetings, Seminars, Camps, Workshops, Literary Function, Ghazals performances etc.

5.      Mushtaq Gazdar Lawn and Parking Space :-

Mushtaq Gazdar Lawn is being maintained which not  only serves as a healthy environmental space but special function needing space for 1000 persons can be  very well arranged, under cover of shamianas and in open at nights. The lawn has been named after Mr. Mushtaq Gazdar Former Honorary Secretary of Arts Council who breathed his last on the main gate of the Arts Council (17-11-1999).

6.      Maulana Mohammad Hussain Azad Library and Reading Room :-

A  library with reading room exists on ground floor. The Library contains a good number of books, on Fine Art, Sculpture, Music, Theatre and Literature. This library has been named after the renowned writer Moulana Mohammad Hussain Azad.

7.      Tayyeba Mohsin Audio Video Library :-

Just adjacent to the Library and Reading Room, a special Library for Audio & Video cassettes has also been established where rich collections of master piece have been started to be recorded and more are pouring in.  Recordings of music,  literature collected through the efforts  of Mr. Yawar Mehdi are available.

The requisite funds for the establishment of this library were provided by Mr. Tariq Mohsin of Pakland Cement Ltd., and named after his mother Tyyeba Mohsin.

At present valuable voices are preserved in this library such as Faiz Ahmed Faiz, Josh Malih Abadi, Jigar Murad Abadi, Maulana Abdul Haq, Shoukat Thanvi, Ale Raza, Adeeb Sahranpuri, Zareef Jabalpur, Syed Mohammad Jafri, Maulana Mahirul Qadri, Karar Noori, Mustafa Zaidi, Sadquain. Prof. Mujtaba Hussain, Prof. Mumtaz Husain & Dr. Qamar Abbas.

8.      Fine Art Classes and Courses :-

A permanent full fledged fine Art School has been established since 1964, which is catering 4 years Diploma, it is known “ Central Institute of Arts & Crafts” .

9.      Music Academy :-

A Music Academy also exists on the 3rd floor of the building, which imparts training of  music, singing and instruments playing.  The music classes are being conducted by welknown singer, composer under the supervision of Mr. Hashmat Jaferi.

10.  GULRANG Cultural Cafe :-

Before the establishment of Permanent Art Gallery the space was being utilized as the Gul Rang Restaurant, therefore after conversion into permanent Art Gallery there was no space for the artists, literate class and elite of the city to meet and exchange discussions. So there was a strong demand of the members to have  such a space. However, the place is yet to be developed as roper place for intellectuals, Scholars and Artists to sit gogether and exchange view due to lack of funds. The Arts Council has the vision to develop the surrounding and beautify the area to give an a esthetic look.

11. Theatre 

GULRANG Cultural Cafe is place where poets, intellectuals, musicians sit together and exchange the ideas (Gulrang is under renovation in these days).
